General Comments About the Boat
Starting at the semi-trad stern, there is fixed bench housing 2 gas bottles together with windlasses, pins etc
Continue forward down steps into the cabin with fixed double bed which can be extended to King Size if required. Pillows, two double and two single duvets are provided and regularly replaced. The bed has two large storage drawers under it and a large shelf and locker cupboards over it.
The cabin also offers a wardrobe and small en-suite WC/Shower cubicle with small hand basin. It also offers hanging space for wet coats etc.
A door can close this cabin off from the remainder of the boat. In the day-time this door closes off the gas central heating boiler from the corridor.
There are radiators throughout the boat, in the cabin, bathroom, dinette and lounge.
Beyond the boiler cupboard is the door to the bathroom with a corner bath with shower over, raised pump-out WC, full size wash basin with storage cupboards under and access to the cupboard adjacent to the gas boiler.
Next, and towards the front is a fully equipped and stocked galley-kitchen with a large opening side hatch, full size oven and 4 ring gas hob, microwave, full size undercounter fridge, sink, drainer, drawers and cupboards.
Separating the galley kitchen from the dinette, there is a suspended glazed door cupboard for all the glasses & crockery. The L-shaped dinette converts to a double bed with a drawer and storge cupboard under. The dinette id open too but can be separated from the lounge by a full width/height curtain.
The lounge has a wardrobe and two drawer unit opposite a multi-fuel stove, two large arm chairs/single child's beds, stools, corner TV/radio unit.
There are full height glazed bi-folding doors which open onto the bow deck, with built in locker benches storing water hoses, solid fuel & other equipment.

General comments by vendor
Sandpiper is a former "Ownerships" boat, which elected to go self-managed in 2008. We are a friendly group of owners based generally around the UK and one owner from Australia. Shareholders volunteer, where they can, with particular aspects of the running of the boat to help keep Sandpiper in good shape and reduce costs.
Sandpiper is fully owned by the twelve equal shares and is self-managed mainly by email and an AGM held near the home mooring in October.
The new owner is required to sign up to the Sandpiper AGREEMENT which details the running of the syndicate.
Recent works include:
New Galley worktops and inset Gas Hob in 2015
